Gladiator Solutions Provider, LLC ("Gladiator") sends text messages to job candidates who have agreed to receive them. Texts come from our recruiting team and cover your application status, requests for missing information, interview and call scheduling, job openings that match your background, and onboarding next steps. You can reply to ask us questions.

How you sign up

You agree to receive texts when you sign up on our Text updates page, when you give us your mobile number on our job application and check the box agreeing to texts, when you tell one of our recruiters by phone that we may text you, or when you text us first. Agreeing to texts is not required to apply for a job with us.

What agreeing to texts looks like

These are the two places on this website where you can agree to texts. The box is never checked in advance; you check it yourself. Gladiator Solutions Provider, LLC is our registered business name; our recruiting texts are signed Gladiator Recruiting, and this website also uses the short name Gladiator.

1. The Text updates page at gladiatoremergence.com/texts: enter your name, mobile number and email, then check the box and press Sign up for texts.

The box reads: “I agree to receive recruiting text messages from Gladiator Solutions Provider, LLC (Gladiator Recruiting) at the mobile number above, about my application, interviews, matching job openings and onboarding. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of applying for or getting a job. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

2. The job application at gladiatoremergence.com/apply: the box under the form reads “I agree to receive recruiting text messages from Gladiator Solutions Provider, LLC (Gladiator Recruiting) at the phone number above, about my application, interviews and matching jobs. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to apply. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.” It is separate from the email box, and applicants who leave it unchecked are not texted.

What a recruiter asks on the phone

If you only spoke with us by phone, a recruiter asks before any text is sent: “This is [recruiter] with Gladiator Recruiting at Gladiator Solutions Provider, LLC. May we text you about your application, interviews and matching jobs at this number? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to stop, or HELP for help. Texts are not required to apply.” Your yes is written on your candidate record with the date, time and the recruiter's name. Nobody is texted without a recorded yes.

If you text us first

If you text (667) 242-8522 before signing up, your text is your agreement to a reply about what you asked. Our reply comes from our recruiter at Gladiator Recruiting (Gladiator Solutions Provider, LLC) and tells you how to stop (reply STOP) and how to get help (reply HELP). Every consent we hold is stored with the mobile number, where it came from, and the date and time.

Message frequency varies based on your application and the jobs available. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
